Dryer Vent Cleaning

Clogged dryer vents are a major fire risk in a home.  We recommend having your dryer vent professionally cleaned every six months to once a year depending on the number of people living in the home.  Our truck mounted compressors produce over 200 PSI of pressure allowing our technicians the ability to properly clean even the most complex dryer vents.  A standard dryer vent cleaning start at $49.95

Furnace Blower Fan

Your furnace's blower fan can hold a surprising amount of dirt.  If ignored this element of your system has the potential to blow dirt and debris back into the supply side of the system when your system is engaged after a duct cleaning.  A blower fan cleaning is $49.95

Sealed Joists

In some residential duct systems, the return vents are not directly connected to your return main ducts.  The joists that hold your floor up are sealed off and used as a means of delivering air (and therefore fills with debris over time) to your return main.  Sealed joists vary in their length and the volume of debris in them.

Supply Ducts

Modern homes possess invisible convection currents created from having their supply air delivered beneath windows and beside doors with return air vents being positioned against inside walls opposite to their supply counterparts.  The line that connects your supply vents to their main duct is called a supply duct.

Botanical Anti Microbial Fogging

Over 5,000 years of history shows that microbes do not build up a tolerance or resistance to the antimicrobial action of essential oils. The concentrations of essential oils required to kill microbes have not changed during this entire period. On the other hand, current germ killing practices have lead to highly resistant organisms, which require stronger, more toxic chemicals and increasingly complicated disinfecting procedures...in just 60 years.
This groundbreaking botanical technology is proven to kill over 99.99% of bacteria & surpasses the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's efficacy requirements for broad spectrum hospital disinfectants.  Pricing starts at $50 per main duct.
