Dryer Vent Cleaning
Clogged dryer vents are a major fire risk in a home. We recommend having your dryer vent professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months depending on the number of people and pets living in the home. Our truck-mounted compressors produce over 175 PSI of pressure, allowing our technicians the ability to properly clean even the most complex dryer vents. A standard dryer vent cleaning starts at $49.95 + taxes with the purchase of duct cleaning services (or $99.95 + taxes as a stand-alone service)
Sealed Joists
In some residential duct systems, the return vents are not directly connected to your return main ducts. The joists that hold your floor up are sealed off and used as a means of delivering air (and therefore fills with debris over time) to your return main. Sealed joists vary in their length and the volume of debris in them.
Supply Ducts
Modern homes possess invisible convection currents created from having their supply air delivered beneath windows and beside doors with return air vents being positioned against inside walls opposite to their supply counterparts. The line that connects your supply vents to their main duct is called a supply duct.
